Cranberry Chicken by Arthur

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs

Instructions

6 chicken thighs

Sprinkle with cinnamon, ground cloves, salt and rub in

Brown thoroughly in olive oil

Remove and set aside

In same skillet brown 1 large onion chopped, ¾ cup uncooked rice

Return chicken

Add:    sliced mushrooms  (½ cup)

            currants (½ cup)

            raw crushed cranberries (¾ cup)

Add:    1 cup hot water or bullion

            ½ cup white wine

Cover and simmer 30 min until done
