Pear Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced Bartlett pears
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 2 jumbo eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup flour
  • Butter, nutmeg, cinnamon

Instructions

Slice pears into unbaked shell.

Combine beaten eggs, sugar, vanilla, flour and mix

Pour over pears and dot with butter.

Dust with nutmeg and cinnamon.

Bake at 350F until custard is set (about 15 min)
